BcapSci, Dip.Clin.Herb,Med, Natural Fertility Educator (Natural Fertility NZ)
Catherine is a health professional dedicated to assisting people to learn more about how to manage your existing health conditions or enhance your health and wellbeing. Good health is about a balanced approach to life; using good food, exercise and other supports to optimise personal health. To this end, Catherine has trained in key therapies to help people enhance their current lifestyle:
• Medical herbalism - this practice uses a combination of hundreds of years of practical use and the latest clinical evidence to support and strengthen your own body and treat health conditions.
• Nutrition - nutritional supplement and dietary advice is an integral part of improving health and wellbeing. Food should always be our first medicine but sometimes assistance is required in optimising nutrition and improving health outcomes.
• Natural Fertility NZ programme - the Sympto-Thermal method of fertility management is used to help women recognise and chart the physical symptoms to safely and naturally manage their own fertility.
