- All orders over $59 are SHIPPED ABSOLUTELY FREE (we charge $5.90 on orders less than $59).
- With Courier orders you can check your order status online 24/7. Details will be sent to you after your purchase.
- Most orders are shipped on the same business day.
Larger orders, e.g. example 12+ pack Nicotine Gum orders, and 3+ Habitrol Bulk packs orders are generally shipped by Track & Trace Courier which has a delivery goal of 4-5 business days to the US. This service is ‘signature required’, please consider this when inputting your address.

Smaller orders, for example 1-11 packs Nicotine Gum, and 1-2 Habitrol Bulk pack orders are generally shipped Airmail, the delivery goal is 6-10 business days (may be slightly longer to non-urban centers).
You may purchase Expedited Shipping (Courier) smaller orders that would be shipped as Airmail, see the top of the Checkout page. Cost, approximately USD$16.00 (varies with exchange rates).
We ship limited goods from the US, however the bulk of goods are sent from New Zealand.
